All candles are made to order and limited, therefore cannot be returned or refunded. No exceptions.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
All candles are made to order, you have a 1 hour window from the time you place your order to request a cancellation.
DAMAGED ITEM REFUND &RETURN POLICY
If items are damaged during transit, the buyer has 3 days from the delivery date to notify us that this occurred. You will be asked to provide pictures of the damage to the packaging as well as the item(s) itself. We will also contact the delivery service and request evidence from them regarding the condition of the package when they delivered it. If we approve your damage return request, you will be sent a return shipping label via email. We must receive back all of the original contents of the package including the damaged items, any free gifts, cards, etc. that were included in your order. We reserve the right to reject any damage return requests based on the information provided to us.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package to be lost or stolen, contact the delivery service directly with your tracking number.
